Ham Balls 19 Mar 13

1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1-1/4 cups cracker crumbs

Sauce:
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp dry mustard
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar

Mix first ingredients and form into balls. Put in a shallow pan, but do not stack. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over ham balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
