6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
6 tbsp minced celery
3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
3 tbsp minced parsley
1/2 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
12 sliced bread
Combine eggs, celery, pickle relish, parsley, dry mustard, salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise. Chill until ready to serve.
