A building in Cottonwood County will require a special clean-up this Spring following the discovery of a meth lab. The county will hire a firm that specializes in methamphetamine contamination clean-up for the former Studio One photography studio in Windom after 36-year-old Jennifer Anderson of Windom admitted to making the toxic drug in an upstairs apartment. There have been no concerns about the adjoining buildings. Anderson pleaded guilty to the manufacture of methamphetamine as well as criminal damage to property. The plea agreement calls for her to serve 74 months in prison, but that sentence will not be finalized until after a pre-sentence investigation is completed.
