Chicken Salad 11 Mar 13

4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
3/4 cup sliced and slivered almonds
1 cup sliced celery
1-1/4 cups seedless green grapes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast almonds for 3-5 minutes; cool. In large bowl, place the chicken, almonds, celery, and grapes. Stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to chicken.
