Cheese, Broccoli, Rice Casserole 13 Mar 13

2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 – 20oz bag frozen broccoli
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix in soup and Cheez Whiz until melted. Add rice and broccoli. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
