Baked Salmon Steaks 08 Mar 13

2 cups onion, minced
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup parsley, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 salmon steaks, about 1-1/2″ thick
salt and pepper

Saute onion in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown. Mix in parsley and lemon juice. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Place in shallow roasting pan. Spread onion mixture on top of each steak. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes.
