1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 – 8-1/2 oz can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp prepared mustard
Mix first 2 ingredients in saucepan; add crushed pineapple with juice, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat until thick. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove ham 30 minutes before done and pour sauce over ham and continue to bake.
