The Worthington woman serving time on probation for kidnapping an employee from the New Ulm Wal-Mart last year is back in the Brown County Jail. 38-year-old Elisheba Joy Swett was taken into custody by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office Friday night at 11:30 for violating her probation. Authorities say that she failed to remain in contact with her probation agent. Swett was initially arrested in New Ulm last June after forcing the Wal-Mart associate from the store and claiming there was a bomb in the building. She violated her probation in November as well. Her initial appearance in court for the latest violation is pending.
