1 cup split green peas
1 cup peeled and diced potatoes
1 large carrot, shredded
1 large stalk celery, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
6 cups water
1 tsp salt
2 cups diced, baked ham
dash of garlic powder
dash of onion powder
Cook peas, vegetables and ham in large, covered pot for 2 hours.
