Prosecutors have filed three more felony charges of criminal vehicular operation against the 22-year-old Cokato man already facing multiple criminal counts for a triple-fatality car crash last August east of Willmar. The additional charges bring the total now to 15 felony counts filed against Paul Anthony Wickenhauser. He also faces a misdemeanor charge for having an open bottle. 68-year-old Marta Stoffers of Atwater, her daughter-in-law, 40-year-old Michelle Hoffman of Eden Prairie, and Hoffman’s 8-year-old daughter Julia were all killed in the head-on crash. Hoffman’s 5-year-old son, Jason, was injured. The new charges are for the substantial bodily harm caused to the boy. An omnibus hearing for Wickenhauser scheduled for Tuesday was canceled and a new hearing set for March 12th.
