This year’s inductees into the Minnesota FFA Hall of Fame have been announced, and there are several from the local area. A total of 11 individuals are being inducted into the state FFA Hall of Fame this year, including Jim Bartels of New Ulm, the late Bob Christensen of Sleepy Eye, Al Brudlie of Lewisville, and Kent Janssen of Sherburn. They are being honored for their contributions to supporting and furthering the goals of agricultural education and the FFA in Minnesota. The Hall of Fame inductees will be introduced for the first time during the Minnesota FFA Alumni Annual Conference on February 16th in Morris. An induction ceremony will then take place during the State FFA convention in Minneapolis at the end of April, and the inductees will also be recognized during the Minnesota State Fair this summer.
