Taco Casserole 08 Jan 13

1 lb ground beef
1 – 15oz can chili beans
1 – 8oz can tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cups broken tortilla chips
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
olives

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain fat. Stir in beans, tomato sauce and seasoning mix. Heat for 2-3 minutes. Place chips in a 8×12 baking dish. Pour meat mixture over chips. Top with sour cream, onion, tomatoes and cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with sliced olives.
