A 24-year-old Hutchinson man faces a felony theft charge in Renville County for allegedly stealing a fish house in Bird Island. Cody Alan Vorbeck reportedly admitted to the crime, as well as to taking a travel trailer from a Paynesville RV lot. Both the fish house and the trailer were found in rural Litchfield. Both were valued at more than $10,000. Vorbeck made his first court appearance in Renville County Court last week and pleaded not guilty to the single theft charge. His next appearance is set for March 8th. Charges for the trailer theft are pending in Stearns County Court.
