The NHL Board of Governors have ratified a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Board gave its approval by a 30-0 vote. The players will vote on the deal Friday and Saturday before it can be finalized. Once complete, training camps are expected to open Sunday with a 48-game regular season starting Saturday, January 19th.
