A New Ulm man has come forward with his $100,000 Minnesota Millionaire Raffle ticket. The Minnesota Lottery had announced that one of the five $100,000 winning tickets from the New Year’s Day raffle drawing had been sold in Brown County, and Michael Marquardt of New Ulm was the one who purchased that ticket. He bought the winning raffle ticket at the New Ulm Quick Mart on North Broadway. He claimed his prize on Tuesday.
