Another 15 Minnesotans died from flu-related complications over the past week, bringing the total now to 75 deaths since the start of the flu season. and while flu activity appears to be slowing down compared to recent weeks, health officials are still encouraging people to remain vigilant and stay home if they are sick. The Department of Health’s Kris Ehresmann says that 208 people were hospitalized with the flu over the past week as well. A total of 9 nursing homes and 112 schools reported outbreaks, including 15 schools in the KNUJ Listening Area.
