Enchilada Bake

1 lb hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 – 8oz ctn sour cream
1 – 8oz pkg sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
1 pkg taco seasoning
flour tortillas
lettuce and tomatoes

Brown hamburger with onions. Add taco seasoning and ¾ cup salsa. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine soup and ½ of sour cream; cook for 5 minutes. Roll up tortillas with meat mixture and put in a deep baking dish. Pour creamy mixture over all and top with cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until all is bubbly. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, remaining salsa and sour cream.
