A North Mankato daycare that had appealed a decision to revoke its license for alleged child abuse last year now has another hearing set in the issue. The Trinity Daycare and Preschool had its license revoked last September after investigators cited the operation for 19 violations, including the physical and verbal abuse of children. The allegations came after a series of investigations in March, April and June. The daycare operators denied the allegations and filed an appeal, and were allowed to continue operating while the decision was reviewed. The Office of Administrative Hearings says another prehearing conference has been set for March after a hearing last week was postponed.
