The sentencing of a former Cedar Mountain bus driver found guilty of molesting a 5-year-old child has been delayed. 64-year-old Loren Patrick Eisenbarth of Morgan was found guilty of 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct in a jury trial last month for inappropriately touching the special needs child riding in his school van last January. He was acquitted on a 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct charge. The state gave no reason for the delay in Eisenbarth’s sentencing, but it is now set for January 28th.
