]]> http://www.knuj.net/2013/01/criminal-sex-bus-driver-sentenced/#comment-294 Victim's Father Wed, 30 Jan 2013 21:11:00 +0000 http://www.knuj.net/?p=37233#comment-294 I would like to add a few items on the article posted above.  The article mentions that it was a jury trial but it was in fact a bench trial that was conducted in December.  Also, the victim is referred to as a special needs child.  The truth of the matter is that she is a very intelligent little girl who was attending ECFE classes to help with a speech delay.  She is very capable of communicating but was slightly behind the average child her age and the program was available so she was entered into it to help her catch up before she began Kindergarten.  As the victim's father, I take offense to her being called special needs, she has enough to deal with in life because of Loren Eisenbarth's actions, without being mis-labeled by the media.
