Chicken Casserole 30 Jan 13

4-5 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16oz sour cream
1-1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1-1/2 sticks melted butter
dash of oregano

Cook chicken and cut in bite sized pieces. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Crush crackers and spread over soup mixture. Pour melted butter over crackers. Cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour; sprinkle oregano over top.
