Breakfast Egg Hot Dish 22 Jan 13

12 slices bread
3/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups diced ham
broccoli, optional
6 eggs
3-1/2 cups milk
1 small onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard

In a 9×13 inch pan, layer 6 slices bread, 1/2 the ham and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat layer. Beat the eggs, milk, onion, salt and dry mustard together. Pour egg mixture over bread layer. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
