The trial of a Paynesville man accused of murder will likely be scheduled for April or May. 46-year-old Timothy John Huber faces 1st and 2nd-degree murder charges for the October 2011 shooting death of Timothy Larson in northern Kandiyohi County. His father, 82-year-old Delbert Huber was also involved in the killing, and was sentenced to 367 months in prison last year as part of a plea deal. Timothy Huber faces life in prison. The attorneys in the case met with the judge on Tuesday, but no action was taken. The upcoming trial is expected to last three weeks, with a full week of jury selection.
