Wind Chill Advisories 31 Dec 12

The final day of the year is going out on a frigid note. The National Weather Service has issued wind chill advisories across practically all of Minnesota for later today (MON) and into tomorrow (TUE). Wind chills could dive as low as 30-below-zero in the coming hours and will likely stay at dangerous levels into Tuesday morning. Statewide highs today in Minnesota will range from zero to only ten-above.
