Two Sentenced For Redwood Burglaries 04 Dec 12

A 20-year-old Redwood Falls man has been sentenced to 91 days in jail and 3 years on probation for his role in a pair of burglaries at Redwood area businesses. David Victor Moore pleaded guilty to 3rd-degree burglary for the break-ins at A&W Furniture and the Rusty Bucket Restaurant in September and 2 other charges were dismissed. Three big-screen televisions and some stereo equipment worth more than $4,000 was taken from the furniture store, while cash and alcohol was stolen from the restaurant. Multiple others were charged for their involvement in the crimes as well, and will all be paying restitution jointly. One of Moore’s co-defendants, 20-year-old Brandon Michael Mude of Redwood Falls was sentenced to 150 days in jail and 3 years of probation on the same day.
