Peanut-Chip Christmas Candy

1 stick butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 – 12oz pkg butterscotch chips
1 – 12oz pkg chocolate chips

Melt ingredients together and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and let stand 10-15 minutes. Add 1 package colored marshmallows and 2 cups salted peanuts. Spread in greased jelly roll pan. Cool and cut into 1 inch squares.
