The 46-year-old man accused of killing another man with his father in rural Belgrade last year is scheduled to be in court this week for a pre-trial hearing. Timothy John Huber and 82-year-old Delbert Huber are accused of fatally shooting Timothy Larson in October of 2011. He was allegedly killed following an argument apparently stemming in part from the Hubers’ farm equipment being parked at the Larson farm. The elder Huber pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in August and was sentenced to 367 months in prison, or over 30 years. Timothy Huber’s pre-trial hearing is set to take place on Tuesday after the judge in the case denied a motion to dismiss the grand jury indictment against him. That means he faces the possibility of a life sentence. He remains in custody on $1-million bail.
