The pre-trial hearing that had been set for Tuesday in the murder case against 46-year-old Timothy John Huber has been rescheduled to January 15th. The hearing in Kandiyohi County Court was canceled because the judge was not available. Huber and his father, 82-year-old Delbert Huber, were both indicted on murder charges for their roles in the October 2011 shooting death of 43-year-old Timothy Richard Larson of Albertville in rural Belgrade. The elder Huber pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in August and was sentenced to over 30 years in prison, the maximum amount allowed. Timothy Huber faces the possibility of spending life in prison, and remains in custody.
