The wife of the latest Minnesota soldier killed in the Middle East has received her husband’s Purple Heart. Lance Corporal Dale Means of New Prague died a month ago when his vehicle hit a roadside bomb in Afghanistan. The 23-year-old had been deployed to Afghanistan in July. He graduated from New Prague High School in 2007. His wife Andrea Means was presented the Purple Heart in his honor Tuesday night.
