2 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 – 8oz container Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 – 6oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 – 11oz cans mandarin oranges, drained
Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Reserve some of the crumbs for the top. Press into a 9×13 inch pan. Mix Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, orange juice and drained mandarin oranges. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and refrigerate.
