Lawrence Middleton, age 97 of Springfield, died Friday, December 28, 2012, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield. 

Funeral Services will be on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church in Springfield with burial at the Springfield City Cemetery. 

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.  Visitation will continue on Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church in Springfield.
