The family of an 8-year-old boy from Gibbon are desperately searching for a kidney donor for the child after the mother was told she couldn’t be a donor herself. Audra Forst of Gibbon says that her 8-year-old son, Samuel, needs someone with Type-O blood between the ages of 18 and 40 to donate a kidney and save his life. Forst has opened her Facebook page to the public for anyone seeking more information, and potential donors are being asked to call (612)672-7270.
