Frank Kujawa, age 84 of Sanborn, died Monday, December 10, 2012, at the Mayo Clinic Health System – Springfield.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, December 14, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Oratory in Sanborn with burial at the Sanborn City Cemetery

Visitation will be Thursday, December 13, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield and will continue for one hour prior to services at St. Thomas Oratory on Friday.

There will be a Parish Prayer Service at the funeral home on Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
