Baked Caramel Corn 14 Dec 12

7 qts popped corn
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup white syrup
1 tsp salt

Boil ingredients 5 minutes; stirring. Remove from heat; add 1 tsp soda, stir quickly, pour over popped corn. Stir well. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir often while baking.
