A recent fire that destroyed a vacant shed near Arlington has been determined to be a case of arson. Investigators say the fire at the Cemstone shed in the woods northwest of the Arlington City Shop was intentionally set, and an investigation into who may have started the fire continues. Arlington firefighters spent several hours on the scene of the fire the evening of December 5th. The Arlington Police Department, Sibley County Sheriff’s Office, McLeod County Power Cooperative and CMC Construction assisted at the scene.
