Another Redwood Burglar Sentenced 19 Dec 12

Another of the suspects in the burglaries at a restaurant and furniture store in Redwood Falls this past September has been sentenced for the crimes. 18-year-old Dennis Lynn Gines III of Redwood Falls pleaded guilty to 3rd-degree burglary and was sentenced to 5 years of probation and 120 days in jail. Cash and alcohol were stolen from the Rusty Bucket Restaurant and stereo equipment and televisions were taken from A&W Furniture during the break-ins on September 15th. 20-year-old David Victor Moore and 19-year-old Jacob Hunter Abrahamson, both of Redwood Falls, were both sentenced to 91 days in jail and 3 years on probation for their role in the burglaries. 20-year-old Brandon Michael Mude was sentenced to 150 days in jail and 3 years of probation as well. All of the defendants will be paying restitution jointly for the more-than $4,000 worth of items that were stolen.
