Two people were injured Monday morning when a Chevy Tahoe collided with a semi-truck on Interstate-90 in Martin County. The Tahoe, driven by 50-year-old Joanna Sandberg of Welcome, was going to pass the Peterbilt semi when the tractor-trailer went to turn left and the 2 vehicles collided. It happened at just before 6:30am. Following the collision, both vehicles went into the ditch in the median, and the Tahoe rolled. Sandberg and the semi driver, 75-year-old Harlan Boer of Sioux Center, Iowa, were both treated for their injuries at the Fairmont Hospital and have since been released.
