Cake Layer:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups Hershey’s syrup
Grease 9×13 inch pan. In large pan, combine ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely in pan.
Mint Creme Layer:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 mint extract
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth, spread over cake; cover and chill.
Chocolate Topping:
6 tbsp butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Melt over very low heat, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly before pouring over the chilled dessert.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
