Tortilla Casserole 17 Oct 12

1 can low-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 medium sized onion, diced
1 – 4oz can green chilies, diced
12 corn or flour tortillas, cut into strips
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
4oz grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with Pam and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, onion and chilies together in a bowl. Spread half of the tortilla strips in the bottom of pan. Spread half of the chicken over the strips, then half of the soup mixture. Repeat the layers and top with cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
