2 cups crushed pretzels
1/4 cup splenda
2/3 cup melted margarine
Mix above ingredients together and pat in a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
1 – 8oz and 1 – 3oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
Mix together until well blended. Add 1 cup cream, whipped, and 1/4 cup splenda. Spread over crust.
1 – 6oz pkg sugar free strawberry jello
Mix with 2 cups boiling water; stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and 1 bag of frozen, unsweetened strawberries. When slightly thickened, spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. Top with 2 cups cream, whipped, and sweetened with 1/4 cup splenda.
