NU Man Hidden Camera Charges 24 Oct 12

A New Ulm man faces multiple charges for allegedly setting up a hidden video camera at a tanning salon in Nicollet. 53-year-old William Rolloff was an employee at Langhorn Park when he was accused of putting the camera in the salon’s shower area. Another employee reported the camera to a Nicollet County sheriff’s deputy after she discovered it while it was taping. Rolloff then allegedly admitted to the deputy that the camera was his, and that he had used it a total of 3 times to tape women while they disrobed. The tape did reportedly show 3 women, including one who was under 18. It also apparently showed Rolloff’s hand and face.
