The New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce honors it’s 2012 Industry-Business of the Year this (THU) evening at the New Ulm Country Club. Upper Midwest Management is a full-service property management company that was started in the spring of 1974. Upper Midwest Management Owner and President Jim Thomas says that the company now manages over 70,000 acres in 3 states, and handles $75-million worth of commercial properties and more than $355-million in agricultural properties for over 230 clients.
