NHL Cancels More Games 27 Oct 12

The NHL lockout is claiming more regular-season games. The league has canceled games through November 30th due to the ongoing labor stalemate. The January 1st Winter Classic at Michigan Stadium and the All-Star Game in Columbus remain scheduled for now. The owners locked out the players after the previous collective bargaining agreement expired September 15th. The Minnesota Wild were to have hosted Florida tonight at the Xcel Energy Center, but instead, St. Paul will be quiet this evening.
