A Mankato woman faces multiple drug charges in Brown County Court after authorities found several types of controlled substances in her vehicle. 35-year-old Christina Haag had pulled into the parking lot of the Brown County Law Enforcement Center in New Ulm at a high rate of speed, and a state trooper stopped her from leaving. Haag then failed several sobriety tests before giving the trooper her purse, which allegedly contained 2 different types of prescription pills as well as a small baggie of methamphetamine. Haag was arrested and transported to the New Ulm Medical Center for treatment. She was charged with 4 counts of felony 5th-degree drug crimes this week.
