Ham and Cheese Soup 29 Oct 12

3-4 potatoes, diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
2-3 carrots, sliced
2 cups diced Velveeta cheese
1-2 cups diced ham
1-1/2 quarts water

Combine potatoes, carrots and celery. Cook in pan with 1-1/2 quarts of water until tender. Do not drain. Add Velveeta cheese and ham. Slowly simmer until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
