An Edgerton man is dead following a semi-truck accident in southwestern Minnesota Tuesday afternoon. 54-year-old Randy Brouwer was killed when his truck hauling hay crashed over a guardrail on Highway 59 north of Marshall at about 1:30pm Tuesday. The State Patrol says that the semi had apparently driven into the ditch and Brouwer over-corrected, causing the truck to roll onto the guardrail. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
