Corn Chowder Soup 09 Oct 12

5 slices bacon, cut up
1 large raw potato, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream style corn
salt and pepper
2-3 cups half and half cream

Brown bacon and remove from pan. Saute onion and the potato in the bacon fat until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20-30 minutes. Serve with crumbled bacon on top. Serves 10 people.
