Two people were injured in a car crash just south of Fairfax Thursday afternoon. It happened at just after 4pm on Highway 4. A Ford Econoline van driven by 52-year-old Kurt Forsyth of Franklin had been travelling northbound, but was stopped in traffic waiting for a school bus to discharge it’s children when it was rear-ended by a northbound Ford Focus driven by 18-year-old Stephanie Dalluge of Lafayette. Both drivers suffered only minor injuries, and Dalluge was taken to the New Ulm Medical Center for treatment. The van received severe damage while the Focus was totaled. No children were injured in the crash.
