A Waseca woman serving time in jail for child abuse was in court this week on theft charges. 42-year-old DeAnna Racquel Musolf has been charged with 3 counts of aiding and abetting theft by false representation for allegedly overbilling Medicaid by more than $18,000. She is accused of signing inaccurate timecards for her mother over a 7-month period while she was providing personal care services for 3 of Musolf’s children. Musolf was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 2 years of probation earlier this year for the malicious punishment of her adopted children. She’ll be back in court on the theft charges on November 13th.
