Sword Assault Bail Hearing 08 Sep 12

A motion to reduce the bail of a rural Vernon Center man accused of threatening his father with a sword was denied in Blue Earth County Court on Thursday. 25-year-old Timothy Lawrence Truebenbach has been charged with felony 2nd-degree assault and making terroristic threats after allegedly raising the sword over his head and swinging it at his father.
